Hello, World! I’m Casey, the Founder of BLAZE GROUP LLC. 

I’m currently in Nairobi, Kenya – taking the month to be newly inspired, deeply rested + intentionally introspective. I’ve been Africa now for 8 continuous months – and it’s been nothing short of amazing! Every single day, I wake up and feel as if I’m on a vacation. I’m safe, seen, deeply rooted in my passion and learning more and more about the ways in which we, as Black Women, needed to be held. 

This is what betting on myself looked like – creating this reality. What’s even more powerful is that I’ve been helping Black women across the world (literally) do the same, while growing my impact to more than 2,100 women. I’ve enjoyed running group coaching programs, offering 1:1 coaching retainers, holding live masterclasses, updating my community on the latest news trends and consulting firms. I’ve even been consulting firms here in Sub-Saharan Africa, structuring never before seen loans that are accessible to farmers who have no banking history. 

What’s the latest thing that has me excited? The official start to my planning for the Blaze Virtual Summit | Winter 2021!! Whoo hoo!!! I’m literally screaming as I type this. Women from all over the world will come together to learn, mingle and support one another in ways that feel like home. This is a movement that will happen on the regular… just you watch. I’ll keep you posted… and I’ll see you there. 🙂
